YOUR APPOINTMENT
We make it a top priority to value both you and your time. That’s why we make every effort to stay on or ahead of schedule. Most parents work and all children attend school. It is important to us to inconvenience your work or school schedule as little as possible. Since the vast majority of our patients are under 18, it is unavoidable that some school-time appointments will be necessary.
To be fair to all patients, we alternate appointments during school months. We will be glad to work around certain classes that are very important or ones in which your child may be struggling. We are happy to provide your child with a school excuse for each scheduled appointment. it is important for your child to
turn these into the appropriate school official.
Allow the following times for each appointment type:
New Patient Exam – 60 minutes
Bonding Braces – 60-90 minutes
Adjustment Appointments – 30 minutes
Braces removal– 60-90 minutes
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to treat you. Unfortunately, we may need to reschedule the appointment to respect other patients’ schedules.
RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS
When an appointment has to be rescheduled for any reason, we ask that you take the next available appointment to prevent treatment delays.
INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION
It is our mission to never allow finances to get in the way of orthodontic treatment! We offer a variety of flexible payment options to meet your needs. Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments, and bank auto drafts.
INSURANCE
There are many insurances out there. Insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. This can vary from a discount program, copay plan, or a percentage up to a dollar amount. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, as a courtesy, we will file your claims.
Please remember that if your benefits change during the course of your treatments, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
